Our Volunteer of the Month for September is Rosemary

Whenever Rosemary brings supplies into the infusion room at the Glendale office, patients are always happy to see her. Her loving, positive energy is infectious and we are pleased to announce that she’s our Volunteer of the Month for September.

Getting to Know Rosemary

Rosemary is a long time Phoenician, dedicated wife, and mother of two children. After retiring from a successful career in the IT industry, she was able to explore her passion of meditation that she has been practicing for almost twenty years. She started mediation training with Heartfulness in 2015. She enjoys volunteering her time to help people with meditation, relaxation, and rejuvenation practices. Rosemary says, “I have the honor of volunteering at Ironwood Cancer & Research Center in Glendale where I get to work with incredibly brave and amazingly entertaining people. I learn so much from each patient as they share stories of their lives with me.”
