Dr. Chang Joined ICRC in August 2006, after completing her residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York. She earned her medical degree at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in June 2000. Dr. Chang is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and is board certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology and Oncology. She has a special interest in the treatment of breast cancer and other female cancers.
