Marytza Olivas-Osuna, FNP

Marytza joined Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers March 2023, she is a bilingual (Spanish/English) board-certified Nurse Practitioner, born and raised in a small town in California. She packed her bags and made the Sonoran Desert her new home; earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from ASU, followed by her Masters of Science in Nursing from University of Phoenix. Prior to joining Ironwood, Marytza worked as an urgent care Nurse Practitioner diagnosing in a high paced environment. Before her career as a Nurse Practitioner, Marytza dedicated herself to her patients and developed her skills as a registered nurse in both the progressive care unit and emergency department. During her free time, Marytza enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. She enjoys hiking, camping, and visiting National Parks with her husband. Marytza recently had a son and is excited to travel with him as well. She also loves spoiling her fur babies, Cookie, Logan and Luna.
