Mindful Eating for Mindful Living (Online & Chandler)
October 8 @ 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Mindfulness is a powerful practice that helps us stay connected to our awareness and live fully in the present moment. Our Mindful Eating for Mindful Living workshop is an 8-week, non-diet and weight-neutral series designed to help you develop a healthier relationship with food by making more conscious decisions about when, what, how, and how much to eat.
Throughout this series, you will:
– Discover and learn how to apply a proven method for deciding when, what, how, and how much to eat.
– Learn how to listen to the signals your body is already sending you to interpret the nuances of hunger and satiety.
– Experience a dedicated environment for practicing loving-kindness for yourself.
– Develop a more holistic appreciation for your body.
Workshop Details:
Dates: Tuesdays from 3:30-4:30 PM
Format: Online & In-person at Chandler (685 S. Dobson Rd, Chandler, AZ 85224)
