Join Us for a Mindful Eating Workshop
Mindful eating is about being fully present and engaged with your food. It encourages awareness over restriction, fostering a healthy, weight-neutral mindset. This approach helps us become more intentional in our food choices and cultivate a balanced, positive relationship with what we eat.
In this workshop, you will discover a reliable method for choosing when, what, how, and how much to eat. You will also learn to tune into your body’s signals, helping you better understand hunger and fullness. Throughout the experience, you will be part of a supportive environment that fosters self-love and kindness, allowing you to develop a deeper, more holistic appreciation for your body.
Please note: You will be required to purchase the workbook that accompanies this series ($47.50 + tax).
