Amber Cano, MSN, NP-C

Amber is a bilingual (Spanish/English) board-certified Nurse Practitioner who was born and raised in Arizona. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University followed by her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Phoenix.

Prior to joining Ironwood, Amber worked at Banner Estrella Medical Center where she worked as a registered nurse in both progressive and intensive care units. During this time Amber advanced her nursing role and worked as a charge nurse while pursuing her goal to become a Nurse Practitioner.

Amber is an Arizona native and lives in the west valley with her two pups. On her free time, she enjoys doing DIY projects, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Amber also enjoys going to visit her family in Colombia.  Amber is proud to be a member of the cancer treatment team of Ironwood.
