Jordan Breisch, PA-C

Jordan is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana and completed her training receiving her master’s degree in PA Sciences at Indiana University Indianapolis in 2021. After completing PA school, Jordan worked in urgent care in Indianapolis and then relocated to Chicago to work at Northwestern Medicine in ENT. She recently moved to Scottsdale, Arizona and joined Ironwood in January 2025. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
