Sonya Taylor, NP, BC

Sonya Taylor, NP, BC joined Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers January 2025, she is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Ms. Taylor possesses a strong academic background, including a Bachelor of Arts in communication from Millikin University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Illinois State University, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University.

Her extensive clinical experience, cultivated over mover than a decade working withing two major hospital systems (since 2011), has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of patient care. Ms. Taylor is highly regarded by her patients for her professionalism, compassionate approach, meticulous medical history review and exceptional attentiveness to their individual needs. She consistently demonstrates a commitment to delivering holistic, patient-centered healthcare, leveraging her expertise to develop effective and personalized treatment plans.

Ms. Taylor’s recent relocation from Tucson to the Phoenix area was driven by family considerations. Outside of her professional commitments, she maintains a strong dedication to professional development, actively pursuing continuing education and research.
