Breast Cancer Survivorship Series (Online)

Join us for our Breast Cancer Survivorship Series, a 12-week virtual course designed to support and empower breast cancer survivors on their wellness journey. Led by our Integrative Oncologist, Dr. Heidi Rula, and the Supportive Care Services Team, this series focuses on essential aspects of survivorship, including nutrition, healthy sleep habits, daily movement, and stress management skills.
This course also features a support group component, providing a space for connection and shared experiences. Whether you’re recently out of treatment or have been a survivor for years, this class will help you navigate the path to wellness with a holistic approach.

Dates: Wednesdays, from 6-7 PM, starting October 2nd and running through December 18th
