Congratulations! Dr Joseph Nabong has been honored as one of the special individuals recognized at the Annual Most Admired Leaders event . More than 170 nominations were reviewed and narrowed down to just 27 honorees by an esteemed panel of judges which included previous winners and sponsors. Dr Nabong has been selected as one of this year’s Most Admired Leaders for his community leadership, professional accomplishments, and personal achievements.
Dr. Nabong joined Ironwood Physicians, P.C., in 2003 as a Medical Oncologist. As Ironwood grew Dr. Nabong became the Chief of Strategy and Development. Dr. Nabong is highly skilled at presenting the mission and values of Ironwood to key stakeholders. He has played a critical role in determining the appropriate geography (locale) for Ironwood’s five fully integrated cancer centers located in community settings.
Dr. Nabong is genuinely the “heartbeat” of Ironwood.
