TURKEY BRIE AND CRANBERRY CHUTNEY QUESADILLAS

Make good use of Thanksgiving leftovers with this Turkey, Brie, and Cranberry Chutney Quesadilla.

Ingredients

  • 6 flour tortillas, (8- 10-inch flour tortillas)

  • 1 (9-ounce) jar of cranberry chutney

  • 8 ounces of Brie cheese, rind removed and sliced

  • 2/3 cup of chopped turkey, cooked

Preparation

  1. Preheat over to 425 degrees. Coat baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Spread one side of the tortilla with cranberry chutney and top with sliced Brie. Add turkey fold in half, pressing edges together.

  3. Place n prepared pan and bake about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden. Let sit a few minutes before cutting.
